摘要/Abstract

摘要： 自我监控理论是在元认知研究的基础上发展起来的。近年来,自我监控研究成为心理学研究领域中的热点课题之一。该文回顾了自我监控的理论研究以及自我监控学习的应用研究,并提出了对自我监控研究的展望。

关键词: 元认知, 自我监控, 自我监控学习

Abstract: The theory of self-monitoring developed from the research on metacognition. More and more researchers pay attention to the research on self-monitoring in recent years. This paper reviews the research on self-monitoring from the perspective of the theory and practice and makes some suggestion on the future studies.
