摘要: 胜任特征被视为个体在快速变化的现代社会中获得生涯成功的关键能力,是近年来国内外工业与组织心理学领域的一个新焦点。这篇文章回顾了胜任特征提出的背景,阐述了胜任特征与胜任特征模型的含义,与大五人格概念之间的异同,以及胜任特征与职业成功、组织承诺、感知到的职业生涯管理、工作满意度之间的关系机制。最后,对胜任特征现今存在的一些问题进行了陈述,并指明了未来研究的方向。

Abstract: Competence is regarded as the key ability of modern social individual career success in a rapidly changing, is a new focus of industrial and organizational psychology field in recent years. This article reviews the Competence with the background, elaborated the competency and competency model meaning, similarities and differences between the big five personality concept, as well as Competence relationship mechanism between the force and the occupation success, organizational commitment, occupation career management, perceived job satisfaction. Finally, some problems of Competence today there are presented, and points out the future research direction.
