感戴情绪的发生条件:认知评价的作用*

The Effects of Cognitive Evaluation on the Generation of Gratitude Emotion

摘要: 感戴情绪是指个体在接受他人帮助后所体验到的感激心情,这种情绪是伴随着个体对帮助情境的评价而产生的。为了揭示感戴情绪发生的认知条件,研究以自编8种不同实验条件的情境故事为刺激材料,采用2×2×2被试间实验设计,通过考察被试对动机、代价、价值三个变量的认知评价,揭示感戴情绪产生的心理机制。结果发现:对施恩者动机、施恩者付出的代价以及恩惠价值的评价是受惠者产生感戴情绪的认知条件;施恩者动机、施恩者付出的代价、恩惠价值各自独立地对感戴情绪的发生产生影响;知觉到的利他动机、高代价和重要价值能产生更为明显的感戴情绪。

Abstract: Gratitude emotion refers to the immediacy affection experience the individual response to other’s help The gratitude emotion is generated from the appraisals which accompany with the situation of helping. The study developed in 8 different experimental conditions as stimuli, using 2×2×2 between subjects experimental design, to investigate the generative condition of gratitude emotion. The results show that: The evaluation of benefactor’s motivation, benefactor’s cost, and grace’s value are the cognitive conditions to generate gratitude emotion; the benefactor’s motivation, benefactor’s cost, and grace’s value have independently impact on the generation of gratitude emotion; and altruistic motivation, high cost and the important value can produce more obvious gratitude emotion.
