Implementing the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, Flourishing “Mental Health Education” in Secondary Vocational Schools

摘要: 修订教育部《中等职业学校学生心理健康教育指导纲要》,是贯彻落实党的二十大精神、职业教育赋能提效所需。本文从目前方兴未艾、蓬勃发展的心理健康教育入手,对《中等职业学校学生心理健康教育指导纲要》修订的背景与过程进行了简要介绍,并对修订稿的重点“目标与任务”“教育内容”等进行了诠释,旨在具体阐明修订的理论基础和科学依据,最后提出了修订工作的启示,即领导要高度重视学生心理健康教育工作、专兼职心理健康教师要主动关注自己的专业成长、学生要积极参与心理健康课程学习与辅导咨询,并从个体、人际、群体、社会与课程、辅导、活动、资源的相互融合等方面提出了实施建议。

Abstract: Revising the Guidelines for Student Mental Health Education in Secondary Vocational Schools issued by the Ministry of Education is necessary so as to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and empower and improve the efficiency of vocational education. Starting from the current emerging and vigorous development of mental health education, this paper briefly introduced the background and process of the revision of the Guidelines for Mental Health Education for Students in Secondary Vocational Schools, then interpreted the key “goals and tasks” and “educational content” of the revised draft, aiming to clarify the theoretical basis and scientific basis of the revision, and finally put forward the enlightenment of the revision work. That is, firstly, leaders should attach great importance to students’ mental health education; secondly, full-time and part-time mental health teachers should take the initiative to pay attention to their own professional growth; thirdly, students should actively participate in mental health courses and counseling. In addition, this study puts forward implementation suggestions from the perspective of integrating courses, counseling, activities, and resources from individuals, interpersonal, group, and society level.
