《教师权威认知问卷》的编制

摘要: 为揭示影响中小学生对教师权威认知的因素而编制教师权威认知问卷。通过对所收集的项目进行因素分析,得到了一个包含6个因子,即“师德与知识”、“规则”、“道德”、“情感”、“个人生活”、“处理方法”,共27个项目的教师权威认知问卷。

Abstract: This study focuses on analyzing the influencing factors of teachers′ authority. The questionnaire has been tested in terms of reliability and validity. Specifically, 535 students were assessed by the self-edited questionnaire. The result showed that 6 factors influence teachers′ authority mainly, including teacher′s morals and knowledge, rules, morality, emotion, personal life, handling methods.
