The Relationship of Parent-Child Communication Quality and Trust Circle in College Freshers

摘要: 探讨基于Farran等学者提出的意义建构理论的团体干预对提升老年人家庭照顾者心理健康水平的效果。采用实验组与对照组前后测、追踪测试的准实验设计,对上海某两个社区的38名老年人家庭照顾者进行团体心理干预,并验证干预效果。结果:团体干预后,实验组被试前测在存在的意义、追寻的意义、自我肯定和自尊水平等维度的得分显著提高,而在忧郁和焦虑水平上的得分显著降低;对照组被试前后测无显著差异;追踪评估结果显示团体干预效果具有短期的持续性。结论:意义建构团体对老年人家庭照顾者心理健康水平的提升具有显著效果。

Abstract: To explore the effects of group counseling at the level of the mental health of family-caregivers for the elderly people based on the importance of Farran's constructive theoretical hypothesis. The Quasi experimental design was used in this study, 38 family-caregivers from two communities in Shanghai participated in the psychological intervention group and validation of the intervention effect was tested. After the group intervention, (1) the results of the experimental group subjects MIQ, GHQ-20 and SES were significantly changed. (2) The control group had no significant difference. (3) The results of the monitoring revealed that the effect of the group intervention still existed after 2 months.
