父母正念养育对青少年抑郁的影响及其机制

摘要: 从正念养育这一新视角出发,考察父母正念养育水平对初中生抑郁的影响以及影响机制。采用正念养育水平量表中文版、自尊量表、抑郁自评量表对654名初中生及其主要抚养者进行调查,探讨正念养育总分、正念养育分维度关注当下和正念管教对青少年抑郁的预测作用,同时探讨自尊在三者之间的中介作用。结果显示:父母正念养育、关注当下、正念管教都能显著负向预测青少年的抑郁水平;自尊在正念管教与抑郁水平中间起完全中介作用;自尊在正念养育及关注当下与抑郁水平中间起部分中介作用。父母正念管教完全通过影响青少年自尊水平影响青少年的抑郁状态,正念养育和关注当下部分通过影响青少年自尊水平影响青少年的抑郁状态。

Abstract: Based on a new view of "mindful parenting", the present study investigated the effect of mindful parenting on depression of junior high school students and the machanism of the effect. Six hundred and 54 junior high school students and their parenting were recruited. Chinese Version of Mindful Parenting Scale, Self-Esteem Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale were used to explore the relationships between mindful parenting along with its two dimensions and adolescent depression, separately. Also, we explored the possible mediating effect of self-esteem in the three correlativity. The results showed that mindful parenting, attention to the present, and mindful discipline were all significantly negative predictors of adolescent depression. Self-esteem was a complete mediator in the prediction of mindful discipline for adolescent depresison. Also, self-esteem partially mediated the prediction of mindful parenting and attention to the present for adolescent depression, separately. Mindful discipline from parents impacted on adolescent depression completely by first effecting adolescent self-esteem. However, both mindful parenting and attention to the present impacted on adolescent depression partly by first effecting adolescent self-esteem.
