中国籍留学生跨文化适应与生涯适应的关系:职业探索的中介作用

Chinese Overseas Students' Acculturation Orientations and Career Adaptability:The Mediation Role of Career Exploration

摘要: 采用跨文化适应取向量表、职业探索行为量表、生涯适应力量表,对141名有海外留学经历的中国籍留学生进行了调查,探讨海外留学经历对其生涯发展的影响路径。结果显示:(1)无论采取国民取向还是族裔取向的跨文化适应策略,留学经历均显著正向影响中国留学生的职业探索行为和生涯适应力。(2)职业探索行为对其生涯适应力有很强的预测作用,并中介了跨文化适应行为对生涯适应力的影响:其中对国民倾向适应策略起到了全部中介作用;对族裔倾向适应策略则起到了部分中介作用。

Abstract: A survey study was conducted to among 141 Chinese students who had overseas learning experiences by using the acculturation orientation scale, career exploration scale and career adaptability scale, in order to examine how overseas experience affected their career development. The results showed that: 1) Both host orientation and home orientation positively predicted students' career exploration and career adaptability. 2) Career exploration had a strong positive relationship with career adaptability; it also fully mediated the effect of host orientation and partially mediated the effect of home orientation on career adaptability.
