Abstract

Abstract: Solution-focused brief counseling has been developed in recent years and spreaded rapidly all over the world. It is a counseling model oriented to obtain positive targets. In current work, the background of the origin of solution-focused brief counseling is introduced,and the basic principles and the techniques of this model are briefly reviewed.

摘要： 焦点解决短期心理咨询是近年来形成并在世界范围内迅速崛起的一个短期咨询学派,它是一种以正向目标解决导向的咨询模式。该文介绍了焦点解决短期心理咨询模式的起源背景及此模式的基本原理与技术,并对其作了简要评价。
