Abstract: This study focuses on the influence of“Guanxi(social relation)”on justice perceptions, emotions and actions of the recipients facied with unfair distribution from different social relations. Results showed that: (1)The character of social relation has an influence on justice perception and emotion, the more intimate the relationship is, the less unfair perception they feel. As to the emotion, the unfair distribution from intimate and the distant relationship could both raised the recipients′ strong negative emotion.(2)Social relation has an impact on unjustice reject trend and behavior through diverse path: social relation influences the reject trend by the intermediation of justice perception, and influences the reject behavior directly by the partly intermediate of emotion and justice perception.(3)The rejection to teacher was less compared with the other two social relations(good friend and stranger)although the recipients felt highly unfair and had a highly strong negative emotion. These results are discussed from the perceptive of emotion-recognition system on “Guanxi” to justice under the Chinese culture and in light of classification indices of Closeness and Dominance on“Guanxi”.

摘要： 本研究从分配接受者的角度考察当面对不公平分配时,关系对象的性质是否及怎样影响与公平相关的认知、情绪、行为倾向与行为。结果表明：（1）关系性质影响了公平感受和情绪。（2）关系通过公平认知影响不公平拒绝的行为倾向和拒绝行为,通过情绪影响拒绝行为而不影响拒绝倾向。（3）在引发了高不公平感和高消极情绪的情况下,对高等级关系对象的拒绝倾向和行为都远低于其他两种关系对象。
