企业员工参与职业培训的动机调查

Abstract: This study chose Boshier′s Education Participation Scale(EPS)to survey learning motivations of employees in China. The conclusion shows that motivations of employees to participate in vocational training are professional advancement, cognitive interest, social contact, community service, external expectations, and social stimulation. The motivation orientation of employees to participate in vocational training is related to population statistics such as education, position and income.

摘要: 采用Boshier的“教育参与量表”对我国企业员工参与职业培训的动机进行调查,结果显示:我国企业员工参与职业培训的动机取向主要有职业发展、认知兴趣、社交接触、社区服务、外界期望和社会刺激;动机取向与表征其社会经济地位的学历、职位和月收入水平等社会人口统计量有相关关系。
