The events of mastery and belongingness decrease with age, which reflects the early form of self-esteem.

Four kinds of materials with two attributes were selected to apply to classical subliminal perceptual study procedure on 18 undergraduates. The study′s results show that different material properties of stimulation plays different role in the subconscious perception. We vertify the theory of mental processing priority in the unconscious perception. We also test the effectiveness of the subconscious perception of property separation model with compound stimulus which based on.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (905KB) ( )   References | Related Articles | Metrics
This article describes the establishment of multidimensional scale for the technical skills in airlines pilots basing on expert interview, literature analysis and questionnaire investigation. A sample of 118 airlines pilots completed a structured questionnaire of technical skills reflected through operating 4 common flight task in four lines flight phases. From a series of confirmatory factor analyses, 4 stable dimensions of technical skills were elicited as Pitch Control, Yaw Control, Trim Control and Speed Control. Further multiple regressions with these 4 dimensions as predictor variables were made,it was indicated that the scale had a higher predictive validity and discriminative validity. However, the significant predictors varied with the different flight phases′ mission. Multidimensional scale of flight technical skills could provide a good base for the design of airlines pilot selection, the diagnosis of the problematical flying behaviors and safety management in airlines.

The structure of risky decision-making included payoff, probability and other social cues. Risky choice framing effect does not appear in any positive and negative framing risky decision-making scenario, and it is influenced by decision structure and only appears in ambiguous condition. We studied the characteristics of the entrepreneurial risky decision-making. The study designed two entrepreneurial scenarios, so as to testify the hypotheses repeatedly. The sample was based on administrative-kind job white collar. In order to prevent the contamination of participants, the study was divided into two parts. Experiment 1 was a 2(frame: win vs. lose)×(payoff: high, middle and low)design, and experiment 2 was designed as 2(frame: win vs. lose)×2(probability: 10% and 50%). The results showed that, people took more certain choices as the payoffs increased, and as the probability increased people were more prone to take the risky choice. Individuals with high entrepreneurial intention were prone to take more risks.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (738KB) ( )   References | Related Articles | Metrics
By using 138-item Personality Adjective Scale on the basis of Chinese Personality Adjective Scale(QZPAS)and the test of implicit personality theory, 383 college students were tested. Then by Stress Coping Personality (SCP)Scale including 88-item chosen adjective and the test of self-rating, 1653 college students were tested. Factor analysis found that SCP included five factors: intellect, hardiness, extraversion, emotion control, self-confidence and utilitarianism. Finally, the rationality and the validity of this structure was discussed based on the test of the reliability and the validity

    Abstract ( )   PDF (793KB) ( )   References | Related Articles | Metrics
This study aimed to develop College Students′ psychological need internet gratification questionnaire. Firstly, 22 college students with internet addiction were interviewed; secondly, the questionnaire were developed based on the results of interview; thirdly, 418 college students were selected to fill the pilot questionnaire; the last, 1183 college students from Wuhan to fill the formal questionnaire to test its reliability and validity. The results show: the questionnaire consists of 8 dimensions: power need, identity need, meeting challenge need, social need, avoiding reality need, autonomy need, cognition need and achievement need. It has good structure validity, consistency reliability, split-half reliability and retest reliability. The CFA shows that the model is best fit the data and has rational structure. The questionnaire can effectively differentiate college students with internet addiction disorder (IADs)and non-internet addiction disorders(NIADs). The results suggest that Internet addiction may have psychological needs compensation mechanism on the internet among IADs.

A survey using a set of scales were conducted to further understand the relationship between professional adaptability, learning burnout and learning strategies. 802 college students participated in this investigation. The results show that: the overall level of professional adaptability, learning burnout and learning strategies of college students is favorable, but some college students do meet difficult situations, such as lack of learning strategies, professional malajustment and learning burnout. The results suggest that good professional adaptability promotes the application of learning strategies, whereas the development of learning burnout decreases the learning strategies, and partly mediates the adaptability and the strategies.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (780KB) ( )   References | Related Articles | Metrics
The present study observed and analyzed the communication about mathematics problem-solving of twenty-six high-and low-achieving students and their parents to explore the difference of parent- child communication between high- and low-achieving students. The results showed that: 1)There were more positive communicating behaviors and there were less negative communicating behaviors in parent-child communication of high-achieving students. 2)Second order cognitive holding power of high-achieving students was stronger than low-achieving students, while the first order cognitive holding power and emotional stress were weaker than high-achieving students. 3)Some negative communicating behaviors positively correlated with children′s first order cognitive holding power and emotional stress, and there were negative correlation between first order cognitive holding power and rate of correct suggestion.

With the combined memory task and visual search paradigm, using 2-D abstractly symmetric shapes as materials, this study aimed to discuss the influence of contents of visual working memory to visual search. The results showed that:(1)the effect of the contents of visual working memory was significant. And the RTs were significantly longer in the invalid condition than in the valid condition.(2)there was a significantly difference in the effect of display type, showing that the RTs in the complex display was significantly longer than that in the simple display. The results suggested that the information which was maintained in visual working memory could affect the visual search efficiency and the display size did not change the trend of RTs. The findings supported biased competition model.
