摘要: 以小鼠为实验对象,将幼年小鼠通过4种模式即单调组、丰富组、单调-丰富组、丰富-单调组分别培养。探讨不同环境下,幼、成年小鼠的记忆力及脑组织中SOD、GSH-Px的可塑性变化。结果表明:丰富环境下培养的小鼠,其记忆力明显提高;无论是丰富环境还是单调环境,对记忆力产生主要影响的时期是小鼠的幼年期,而到成年期则不太敏感;丰富环境可提高脑组织中SOD、GSH-Px的活性,幼年期是使脑功能物质产生可塑性变化的主要时期。

Abstract: Set mice as experimental object, juvenile mouse were divided into 4 groups, monotonous group, enriched group, monotonous-enriched group and cultivated respectively and enriched-monotonous group. The present study examined how different environments affect the memory ability and cerebral plasticity of SOD and GSH-Px in mice. Results showed the memory ability could be improved for mice cultivated in enriched environment; no matter enriched environment or monotonous environment, the memory ability is mainly affected at juvenile age rather than adult age; enriched environment could improve the cerebral SOD and GSH-Px activity, juvenile age is the mainly stage that change of plasticity of cerebral functional substances happens.
