Abstract: 970 secondary and elementary teachers who experienced the Wenchuan earthquake were investigated by revised IES-R (Impact of Event Scale) and MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory). The results showed that, 18 months after the earthquake, PTSD of the teachers was significantly different in teaching-ages, the job burnout of the teachers was also significantly different in gender and teaching-ages. There was positive relation between PTSD and job burnout, and the regression analyzing showed the PTSD could well predict the job burnout.

摘要: 采用事件冲击量表(IES-R)和教师职业倦怠量表(MBI),考察了某地震灾区970名中小学教师的心理创伤水平和职业倦怠的关系。结果表明:地震后18个月,灾区中小学教师的心理创伤存在教龄差异,职业倦怠也表现出性别和教龄差异;IES-R量表各维度与情绪衰竭和非人性化维度均呈显著正相关,回归分析表明特殊生活事件的灾难性体验是灾后中小学教师职业倦怠的有效预测变量。
