成长型思维与青少年心理资本的关系:基于动机框架的分析

The Relationship Between Growth Mindset and Adolescent Psychological Capital: An Analysis Based on the Motivational Framework

摘要: 通过对1878名青少年的调查,考察了成长型思维及其动机框架与青少年心理资本的关系。结果发现:成长型思维能够正向预测青少年心理资本;动机框架中的掌握目标和失败反应在成长型思维和青少年心理资本间起序列中介作用;在控制家庭社会经济地位和学业成就的前提下,成长型思维对于青少年心理资本具有显著的增量预测效度。研究从内隐信念的角度拓展了心理资本的前因变量,为青少年心理资本的培养和促进提供了理论依据。

Abstract: A survey of 1878 adolescents examined the relationship between growth mindset and its motivational framework and adolescent psychological capital. Results showed that: 1) growth mindset positively predicted adolescent psychological capital; 2) mastery goals and failure response played sequence mediating roles between growth mindset and adolescent psychological capital; 3) growth mindset had significant incremental predictive validity for adolescent psychological capital, controlling for family socioeconomic status and academic achievement. The study expands the antecedent variables of psychological capital from the perspective of implicit beliefs and provides a theoretical basis for the development and promotion of adolescent psychological capital.
