The Effect of Team Learning Climate on Team Psychological Capital:A Social Information Processing Perspective

Abstract: Drawing on social information processing theory, this paper examined whether team learning climate and its three dimensions could exert effect on team psychological capital. Using the data of 122 teams across various cities in China, this paper conducted regression analysis. The results showed that team learning climate positively predicted team psychological safety overall; Besides, the three dimensions of team learning climate, namely safety climate, participant in decision-making and open communication also had a positive predictive effect on team psychological capital.

摘要: 基于社会信息加工理论,旨在探索团队学习气氛及其三个维度指标(安全气氛、参与决策、开放交流)对团队心理资本的影响。对全国多地的122个团队数据进行回归分析,结果发现:总体上,团队学习气氛显著正向影响团队心理资本;此外,团队学习气氛的三个指标,即安全气氛、参与决策和开放交流均显著正向影响团队心理资本。
