A part of the Adolescent Mental Health Diathesis Scale, adaptation scale, was used to investigate the devel?鄄opmental characteristics of adaptation ability in Chinese adolescent. This scale includes six dimensions: bilogical adaptation, emotional adaptation, living adaptation, study adaptation, social adaptation and interpersonal adaptation. The result showed that most of adolescent adaptation ability is higher. Adolescent adaptation ability decreased with grade in a whole.

A part of the Adolescent Mental Health Diathesis Scale, the mental health-related self scale, was used to investigate 44063 adolescent self development from 5th grade in primary school to college The result showed that: A descending trend from Grade 5 in primary school to Grade 1 high school, and a little increasing trend from high school to college. There were some differences in grade development. This result was consistent with some domestic and foreign related research results.

A part of the Adolescent Mental Health Diathesis Scale, the Motivation System Scale is used to investigate 44063 adolescents. The results shows:(1)In general, the state of adolescent motivation is good in China.(2)The grade trend of the motivation is found that Grade 1 junior school students have a little higher scores than do the Grade 5 primary school students. The scores of the Grade 2 junior school students are decreased gradually. The general scores present a tendency up and down. The Grade 3 junior students have the lowest scores, and the college students have the highest scores.(3)The different grade adolescent has significant differences on the di?鄄verse dimensions of motivation, but there were different developmental trends in different dimension.

The mental health diathesis of university students was investigated with Adolescent Mental Health Diathesis Scale. 425 normal and 115 subnormal university students participate the research. The results indicate that the normal students are significantly differet from the subnormal ones in the aspects of relationship diathesis, person?鄄ality diathesis, self, coping style, and adaptability, but the significant difference is not found on dynamic system, cognitive style, attribution style, suggesting that the scale has efficient reliability and validity differentiating be?鄄tween the normal university students and the subnormal ones.

A 2(learning blocks: 5 blocks vs. 10 blocks)×2(item type: old items vs. new items)×2(item match quali?鄄ty: positive match vs. negative match)experiment was designed to investigate the exemplar effects in the context of stimulus feature perceptual saliency with Allan and Brooks′s paradigm. The results indicated that the exemplar effects on error rate under 5 blocks learning was observed, but none of exemplar effects on reaction time was found. The result suggests that the exemplar effects correlate significantly with nonrule feature.

The present study was designed to investigate the difference of ambiguities′ resolution processing of different kinds of lexically ambiguous words in the biased context. A self-paced, line-by-line, reading paradigm was used, in which participants read sentences by pressing a key each time they wanted a new one to appear. The result showed: The relative frequency of ambiguities′meaning influenced the processing of disambiguity information from different kinds of ambiguity. When the context biased to the dominant meaning, the processing of homographs same in phone present shorter latency than did the homographs different in phone. While the context biased to the subordinate meaning, the processing of homographs same in phone present longer latency than did the homo?鄄graphs different in phone. Regardardless the context biased to the dominant or subordinate meaning of ambigui?鄄ties, the participants must fixate for more information from the context to get the disambiguity. The result suggest that homographs same in phone and homographs different in phone had different process of the disambiguity in the tending context.

Ultimatum game and dictator game are classical games in experimental economics, also used by psychologists to study people′s fair and altruism behavior. This study explored whether the different paying way of economics and psychology to participants, and the different stakes made difference to the game result, and whether there was an order effect when the two games served as a within-subject variable. Results showed that the paying way and the stake made no difference to the game result, but order effect existed. The study shed some light on fur?鄄ther studies using these two games.

The experiment examined the eyemovement of the different working memory capacity participants when they read moving-window Chinese text. The design is 5(size of window: 1, 3, 5, 7 characters and whole line condi?鄄tion)×2(working memory capacity: high and low). The size of window was controlled by the moving-window technique, through which the subject could read areas of the Chinese text. The results are as follows:(1)As the window size increased, the participants′ reading time, fixation count and saccade count were decreased signifi?鄄cantly, while the reading speed、saccade ample were increased significantly.(2)The high working memory ca?鄄pacity participant had better reading performance than did the low working memory capacity one.

In recent years, developmental studies on theory-of-mind(TOM)and metacognition have been the focuses in the field of developmental psychology. There are some disputes on the developmental relationship between theory-of-mind and metacognition. The current review introduces the relationship between theory-of-mind and metacogni?鄄tion from the meaning and research method, and prospect the possible relationship model between the theory of mind and metacognition, then view their possible studying direction in the future.
