完美主义高标准对大学生拖延行为的影响：链式中介效应分析

摘要： 为探讨完美主义高标准、完美主义适应性、核心自我评价和大学生拖延行为的关系，本研究采用Aitken拖延问卷、多维完美主义问卷和核心自我评价量表对1019名大学生进行调查。结果发现：（1）完美主义高标准和拖延行为呈正相关。（2）完美主义高标准可以通过两种间接效应影响大学生的拖延行为，即核心自我评价的完全中介作用以及完美主义适应性与核心自我评价的链式中介作用。

Abstract: To investigate the relationship among high standards of perfectionism, adaptability of perfectionism, core self-evaluation, and procrastination behavior, 1019 college students were investigated with Aitken Procrastination Inventory, Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale and Core Self-evaluation Scale. The results indicated: (1) the high standard of perfectionism was positively correlated with procrastination behavior, (2) the high standard of perfectionism had no direct effect on College Students' procrastination behavior but influenced college students' procrastination behavior through two indirect paths: through the mediating role of core self-evaluation and the chain mediating role of adaptability of perfectionism and core self-evaluation.
