大学生生命意义感与手机成瘾倾向的关系：自我控制的中介作用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用人生意义感问卷、大学生自我控制量表和大学生手机成瘾倾向量表对大学生进行了集体施测，以探讨大学生生命意义感与手机成瘾倾向的关系以及自我控制对二者关系的中介作用。研究结果表明：意义存在水平越高，手机成瘾倾向的水平越低；意义追寻水平越高，手机成瘾倾向越严重；自我控制水平越高，手机成瘾倾向水平越低。自我控制对意义存在和手机成瘾倾向的关系具有完全中介作用，对意义追寻和手机成瘾倾向的关系具有部分中介作用。因此，可以通过调整大学生的生命意义感水平和自我控制水平来矫正其手机成瘾倾向。

Abstract: To investigate the relationship between college students' meaning in life and mobile phone addiction tendency, as well as the mediating effect of self-control on the relationship between them, the present study used the meaning in life questionnaire, the college student self-control scale and the college students' mobile phone addiction tendency scale. The results show that the higher level of existence of meaning, the lower level of mobile phone addiction tendency; the higher level of searching for meaning, the more serious mobile phone addiction tendency; the higher level of self-control, the lower level of mobile phone addiction tendency. Self control had a complete mediating effect on the relationship between presence of meaning and mobile phone addiction tendency. Self control also had a partial mediating effect between searching for meaning and mobile phone addiction tendency. The finding reveals that mobile phone addiction could be corrected by adjusting college students' level of meaning in life and level of self-control.
