摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用志愿功能动机问卷、感恩品质量表和志愿行为问卷调查260名大学生，建立结构方程，考察感恩品质在志愿功能动机与志愿行为之间的中介作用。结果发现：（1）志愿功能动机、价值观表达、学习理解、社会交往、职业生涯、自我增强、自我表达、感恩品质、感恩认知、感恩情感、感恩行为、志愿行为之间均显著正相关；（2）志愿功能动机、感恩品质可正向预测志愿行为；（3）感恩品质部分中介志愿功能动机和志愿行为，志愿功能动机既直接导致志愿行为，也通过感恩品质间接影响志愿行为。

Abstract: This article used Volunteer Functions Inventory Questionnaire，Gratitude Quality Scale and Volunteering Questionnaire to survey 242 college students． It aimed to establish an equation including volunteer functions inventory, gratitude quality and volunteering and to explore the mediating role of gratitude quality between volunteer functions inventory volunteering． The results showed that: 1)Various significant positive correlation were found among volunteer functions inventory, values function，understanding function, social function, career function, protective function, enhancement function, gratitude quality, gratitude cognition, gratitude emotion, gratitude behavior and volunteering. 2)The college students’ volunteer functions inventory and gratitude quality had a significant positive prediction function for their volunteering. 3)The college students’ volunteer functions inventory can impact on volunteering directly, it also can affect volunteering through gratitude quality indirectly．
